The famed Hamptons home called Kilkare in Wainscott sold for approximately $27 million, the New York Post reported. The seven-bedroom, 6,493-square-foot house, which was featured in “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,” was built in 1879 and sits on 3.42 acres. Originally listed for $55 million in 2017, the home’s price was recently reduced to $45 million. The buyer “is rumored to be a Wall Street titan who bought Kilkare’s guest house… for $12.5 million in 2001,” the outlet reported. Amenities include a pool and ocean views. [NYPost]
